I have a ecoflush B8106 in one of my rental units that has ruptured the plastic self contained system.  it sprays water out the side where the crack is so i need to replace it. unless these are low enough pressure i can just use an epoxy and glue the crack.

now th question is, do i spend 100$ on a system like the ecoflush or just use a traditional 30$ flapper set?
pros of the system i have now is tenants never call about water leaks or running toilets so this system has a filter and keeps the valves clean and more reliable. cons are it is 4X the cost.
what does arfcom say?

my current toilet tank

I would go to a regular gravity flush toilet (flapper type) as opposed to another pressure assisted toilet
