I have a Richmond Intelli power vent gas water heater (model 6640PVW) that is getting a Error 6. I've had this before and cleaning the flame sensor resolved it maybe 2 years ago. Today I cleaned it again but still get the error. Also the water heater wont try to light unless I turn the temperature setting to the highest.

Any ideas?
