All,

I recently bought all the electronics for a G0704 CNC conversion.  I wired everything up last night and am only getting CCW rotation out of all motors.  I'm using the following components:
C11 BOB
NEMA 23 570oz/in (X&Y) - KL23H2100-50-4B
KL-5056D Driver (X&Y)
NEMA 34 906oz/in (Z) - KL34H295-43-8A
KL-8070D Driver (Z)
48VDC/12.5A Switching Power Supply
5VDC/10A Switching Power Supply

Software wise, I am running the following:
Mach 3
Win 7 32 bit
I have attached a schematic of my current driver wiring setup.
In Mach, I have the Step Pins set as 2,4,6 and Dir Pins as 3,5,7.  Is there anything else that I'm missing?
I am just bench testing them at this time, and am not using shielding cabling yet, could that possibly be it?

Thanks in advance,
Zach

have you checked the voltage levels on the direction pins to see that they are changing with direction?  If they are digital pulses, you will probably need to use a scope to capture them.

Are the direction pins swinging full rail?
