I noticed on my way home from work tonight that bumps in the road seemed unusually harsh when my right front wheel hit them.

The bumps seem unusually harsh, there seems to be a real bad and unpleasant "springy" sensation that I feel through my whole body and rattles my teeth.
The inside of the right front wheel well seems to have some kind of fluid spattered all over it and dripped down near the axle.

This fluid is not present on the left front components, though I realize I neglected to check the rear wheels.

My guess is a busted shock, but I don't really know...Anybody else care to hazard the guess?
