6 year old Epson 8350. Working normal on Thursday. Big thunderstorm on sat and i remember hearing a loud lightning crack very close to the house. sunday afternoon projector wouldnt display the HDMI signal. Checked it with a working bluray player and shorter cord and yep no signal via hdmi. projector turns on, can display menu and aliment grid but cant get the signal. HDMI cable is run thru the attic. could that close lightning have came in and fried the HDMI inputs?
