I picked up a set of onkyo speakers and a Yamaha receiver for about that. Does everything you want and will do 60fps 4k, etc.
Super happy with it so far. |

Don't be afraid to scour Craigslist for an older receiver.
Picked up an old Yamaha DSP-A3090 a few years ago for dirt cheap. Heavy as a battleship anchor and is fine for my needs. |
