I got to see the movie Saturday.
I had to go out of my way to see it, but it was worth the trip  ½

Bringing this thread back from the dead.
I just watched this movie. I must say, it was the most compelling, edge-of-the-seat movie I have seen in YEARS. Gripping stuff. Perhaps it is because I am a Brit and have a strong understanding of the political system there, but I really felt the frustration of the soldiers having to deal with indecisive "feelz" politicians. Not a big budget Hollywodd special effects fest - just good old fashioned cinematic excellence. I highly recommend this movie. |
