We just started watching this.  Pretty good so far.   The black guy seems to know a lot.......too much what is going on.

Anybody else enjoy this series?

Loved it.  Got cancelled way to soon, but I've watched it through 2-3 times

I enjoyed it in spite of the acting it actually had a plot i enjoyed.  I'm used to good acting and shitty plots/premise.

It was cancelled way too soon.

I thought it had tons of potential.

Great show, I still have hope that Netflix will pick it back up.

Like it and still pop it in from time to time.    Not to throw out any spoilers or anything, but the ending of one of the last episodes of season 1  ,that features the song "Times like these" by the Foo Fighters,  gets me for some reason, every time.

At least CBS made amends with Under the Dome...

I watched a bunch of the early episodes but lost track of the series due to scheduling conflicts and the evident lack of closure.  Then, it was cancelled (which does not surprise me, at all).

I sincerely wish the studios would produce some QUALITY material that has a finite duration.  You know, start it, build it, end it.  You know going in, it will end (unlike LOST).  You know when it will end (important for scheduling your viewing and making a commitment to watch).

I'm not suggesting a multi-episode mini-series, as was popular in the 1970's (like ROOTS: a 3 episode series).  I'm suggesting a full season, or two, but with a finite number of episodes from the start.

There is so much fine material out there to produce, there's no reason not to do this.  Instead, we get "reality TV" and Dancing with the Stars,... ad nauseum.

Trollslayer

Babylon 5 was like that. Designed from getgo to be 5 seasons. That's the only series like this I can think of.

Harper's Island from a few years ago was designed to be a one season show, and it was.

IIRC, Supernatural was only supposed to be 5 seasons.

I watched some of Babylon 5 at the end of its run.  I thought it was decent.

I've never heard of Harper's Island.  I'll go look it up.  Was it any good?

I think life-limited shows provide focus and clarity to all involved and this will come through to the audience.
