This one has caught my interest, even with my natural aversion to Tom Cruise.
My only concern with the trailer is that while wearing all that power armor, the soldiers don't wear helmets? |

Your reaction pretty much mirrors my thoughts on seeing the trailer. This looks interesting, unfortunately Cruise is in it. 
I'll catch it when it comes out on DVD probably. They don't wear helmets so we can see the actors (Tom's) faces.

Not a fan of Tom Cruise but he can pull off some good movies if he can tone his personality down a notch.
I would be pleased if it is as good as Oblivion. |

I'll probably wait til RedBox. I just don't see anything that interests me. Although I really liked Oblivion.

Everyone seems to hate Tom Cruise for who he is in his personal life (as we understand it via the media outlets). So do I.
There is one thing, though, that you cannot deny - he makes some really good movies. |

Yeah, but he's made some crappy one's too. I stopped watching his movies for year's because I didn't think his behaviour should be encouraged.

It might be OK, but I will wait for cable.
It has a Scientology skid to the plot (like Oblivion)...he is living in a dreamlike state, not aware of the real reality all around him, and he can win if he will only wake up to his true potential. All that is missing is an E-meter.... |
