I may be the only one here who watches/enjoys Fringe, and that's okay if I am, but I just read this and thougt I'd share in case there are others here:

(And yes, I'm somewhat shocked that FOX would commit to this after treating Firefly so poorly... still holding a grudge over that one. )
I am a CHRISTIAN, a CONSERVATIVE, and a REPUBLICAN... in exactly that order, and completely without apology.

I like shows that only run for a few seasons and then gone. They don't get tired as easily.

Truthfully, I agree with you, especially in the case of Fringe. I truthfully thought that last season finale should have been the end of the show. Peter should have stepped

into the machine, and made his decision. Then it should have cut to Peter knocking on the door of Olivia's apartment. They should have filmed two endings. In one, Olivia

answers her door, and in the other Fauxlivia does. Then they should have flipped a coin to decide which was going to air and what Peters choice was. Go out on a high

note, instead of jumping the shark.

Last night's episode kinda felt like a series finale.

I've watched it since the beginning. I just hope they don't fuck it up. I really have a fear that this season should have been the last and next season will be filler.
There are four kinds of people: those who like you for the wrong reasons, those who like you for the right reasons, those who dislike you for the wrong reasons and those who dislike you for the right reasons. It's the last group you need to worry about.

I love Fringe, and I'm really glad it will have a proper sendoff... Good on ya, FOX, though the real reason it gets it is cause it will put it at exactly 100 episodes; Fox will get bank in syndication.

I watched the first season and liked it. I didn't watch the second season for no real reason but I wish I would have kept watching it. I need to go back and watch all the stuff I missed.

I like the show quite allot. I think that John Noble does a brilliant job as Walter; he really is an excellent actor. In the first season, especially, he really makes the entire show.

Agreed, he is a great actor.

I think Fringe is the best show on tv right now.

I watched seasons 1 and 2 pretty religiously, but I've really dropped off this season. I just don't care what's happening on the show anymore. It's kinda like Lost, they keep jerking you around in different directions and depart so far from the story line of the early shows that it has a completely different feel to it.

I originally liked it because I found it reminiscent of The X-files, but it just doesn't have that kind of vibe to it anymore.

I also thought that he showed great acting versatility when he played "Walternate" in season two. Some actors might be able to play one role really well, but they aren't very versatile. It's clear to me that Noble can handle many roles. He probably could do Shakespeare as well as he plays Walter Bishop. Indeed, looking at his bio, he also has allot of experience with the stage.

I'm kinda hoping that there will be a WTF at the end. the last scean, the camera pulls back, and there is a Obsever, and the show ends. better yet, camera pulls back and there is an Obsever, standing next to William Bell, show ends.

This show just got a bit weirder... Can't believe how they went back to the end of the first episode with the reviving-the-dead tech.

ETA: They went back pretty far in references to past storylines.

After this season finalie, I'm willing to bet that Letters of Transit was, or is, the first part of the series finale. Totally crazy, though I really wish they'd continue on the possible future from The Day We Died, and the First People, but I'm afraid that will not be covered...
