Has anyone seen this before?
Matrix of Liberty 
Just ran into it while watching Kirk Cameron's "Monumental" documentary. Planned in the 1820s, completed around 1889. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IO4nCd20FDQ It's facets contain: Faith over all, and under it, Morality with Prophet and Evangelist, Law with Justice and Mercy, Education with Youth and Wisdom, and Liberty with Tyranny Overthrown and Peace. The video gives a good walk through. Personally I find it very powerful, and plan to visit with the boy some day. Amazing some of the old statements of faith from our founding that are out there but lay forgotten or hidden. |
