Now in the street, now in the squares, she lurks at every corner (or she lurks at every corner for easy and unsuspecting prey). She grabs him and kisses him; she brazenly says to him, "I've made my fellowship offerings (or I have sacrificed my doves of peace before the God of Heaven; as to invite him over to her house to eat them with her on the same day by God's ordinance to complete that ritual); today I have fulfilled my vows.

So I came out to meet you, to search for you, and now I have found you

Now, my sons, listen to me, and pay attention to the words of my mouth (or pay attention to the words of wisdom that God has given me to give all who seek it).
