Currently 2nd Councilor for an independent Branch downtown. Very rewarding calling, lots of time required. My wife is RS President.

Been HP Leader assistant, SS President, and Welfare Coordinator.

Of all the service I have performed, this is by far the most satisfying and fulfilling. It's great helping others and keeping things on track..

My oldest brother served as the bishop of his ward, covering an area of Minnesota encompassing 10,000 square miles (of farmland), and was
not too long ago relieved of that calling and now time will tell if he's given a higher calling or not.

My gut feeling is that he's going to be called again, to a higher position. What that is, frankly I don't know.
Not being LDS (although I describe myself as "mormon friendly"), I'm just not that familiar with the structure, heirarchy, positions, ranks,
procedures, etc. in the LDS church to be able to guess at what's next for him.

I do know that he will serve honorably, faithfully, and to the best of his considerable abilities in any position he is called to.

My guess is Stake Presidency or High Council...or wherever the Lord determines he is needed!

This is all great work! I like the idea that it takes each and every calling listed above to make a Ward / Branch work.

Thanks to all of you for your service!!
