I always check the thread before I head out for a day on the chance it'll be mountain,  snow,  river or  lake in the middle of fucking nowhere type target.   I hate riding in town and do just enough to get my ass up in the hills.

I had the big body of water one a couple weeks ago but by the time I got home it had been snagged.   Last week the WR was down while I split the cases and fixed the infamous 5th gear issue with a new 3rd and 5th pinion gear and the center shift fork.

Unrelated,  I just like the pic.

So like, a 10 mile radius?

I just passed 450 barns on my ride today...from early 1800's to new million dollar equestrian estates

I'm only half way done...I'll see if I can grab some roadkill (if I want to stop in the middle of the road).  Already passed a large snapping turtle (alive) crossing the road...

The next target is "road kill"...weather finally broke in Oregon, maybe hit Porkland at lunch to see what type of hippy-bum-hipster is laying in the road.

I understand pulling off the shoulder is scary for some. I'll allow a gynecology office as a suitable alternate...

It would have been hilarious if you would have picked that up, drove to a gynecology office, laid it in front of their sign, and THEN took the pic.

Awesome! Did you have to turn around and go back, or did you spot that from a long distance?

I was kinda thinking more like...

That pic is hilarious!

It's unusual to see roadkill deer or moose left on the side of the road around here unless you witness the crash. I suspect that if the driver doesn't take it to salvage some of the meat, then someone else does before the car that hit it leaves.

I had to turn around and go back to get the pic. Was out running errands on the bike and keeping an eye out for roadkill.

We should allow it only if he wears a helmet and riding gear next time he mows the front yard with that tractor. Pics will be needed for verification.

I'd love to have that tractor - nice little diesel with 4wd and hydraulics. It would be perfect for grass and keeping down brush around here.

This is a garden variety (my garden, not my tractor)

I can't believe I didn't check this thread today.  Just got back from a 300+ mile ride.  I probably could have found some AAA somewhere (probably at a VFW Post).

It was a little warm today:

But I figured I would run into some rain (and I did here and there) so I wore the Aerostich.  Comfortable enough while rolling.

(Totally irresponsible selfie)

Let me check the thread first, then I'll post a target.

Eta: Weapon types.

Eta 2:  It's memorial day weekend.  Your bike and a bunch of American flags or a veterans memorial.

I'm guessing it's 12' x 20' or so. Not sure if the picture is showing up or not. Maybe because I don't have many posts and I'm not a team member?

Next your bike and a crane.
