Coming up on 100k miles. Any special maintenance I need to do to it? Plugs? Timing belt?

Plugs and a valve clearance check at 105k. They don't have a timing belt.

Follow the recommended service in the owners manual.

I don't think you have to do valve clearance any more either . If you do I am in trouble and way late , I am at 357,000 miles on my 05

All K-series engines (08 Accord has a K24) have solid cams with adjustable followers. Valve clearance inspection is still in the owners manual.
