View Quote It's just part of the deal man, It's already on the lift so I'll pull it out tomorrow morning and take it somewhere Monday morning to be fixed. We have a few good tranny shops here locally so hopefully it's actually repairable. |

These pictures DO NOT give this car justice!!! the tremendous amount of time I have seen TM put into is unbearable!!! The attention to detail is so high as to it surpasses the attention to detail even the best mothers tend to their newborn.
PREPARE TO BE WOWED, bitches |

Chevy trannys are bad ass! Sometimes you gotta use what works and what holds up! My old car had a Koan Monster Truck Powerglide in it, held up awesome.. So far this bad ass 4R70W is holding up good but who knows how many 8 second passes it will live through.

Nice Mustang guy. Obviously you has some coin to spare. PERHAPS YOU COULD SEND ME A FEW RED SPIKES STICKERS TO PUT ON MY 04 GTO. That would be great

Those rear tires are tucked in pretty good. Do you get any tire rub? View Quote They rubbed in one little spot right before the spot where we started rolling the fender lips! If we would have gone an 1" further they wouldnt of hit anywhere. The inner tire well has a mile of room. |

good luck the truck is sick but who is blonde? wow View Quote Jessica Barton. Pretty well known in the car world, she use to have a pretty nice supra. View Quote IIRC it got stolen from a hotel and found a few days later...well some of it was found. View Quote I believe it was stolen from her BF's condo/apartment, and there were alot of skeptics saying it was an insurance job as the car wan't running or something. They found it a few days later chopped up in bunch of pieces. I think she rolls around in an R8 now. |

They gonna let you run without a cage? Or has that been added? 8sec should be a full cage right? View Quote Good catch. I only need to make one full pass at KOTS. They give you two passes and take your best ET and MPH. The first pass I'll make an 1/8 mile run and coast through the end, basically just to check track conditions. I'll take the data that I learned from the first pass and apply it to the next run which will be my full 1/4 mile pass. I've been testing for quite a while now and I'm really starting to get the car dialed in. I went to Speed World a couple months ago and went 162 MPH on the 18" drag radial street tires leaving with ZERO boost turning it 8200 RPM. After that pass track officials were on to me and only let me make one more pass but only to the 1/8 mile. On the next pass I shut it down right before the 1/8 mile and went a 1.34 60 ft, 3.58 330 ft, 5.77 1/8 mile @ 99 MPH coasting. I'll upload some videos to YouTube. |

Orlando out in the middle of nowhere?? If so, when I went there a few years back the track prep was HORRIBLE. I was down there for the winternationals at old town for Camaro's and classic cars and went ahead and headed over for the test and tune. Watch running too quick in the 1/8th too. There are of course times for that too . Luckily I only need a 6pt Ever run at Gainesville? |

I use the track for testing but I don't go very often, and the crappier the track conditions the better. Where I race you better be able to quickly adapt to the varying track conditions. Been to Gainesville with my old car many times, been to most tracks here in Florida at one point in time or another. |
