Lack of money causes it. Usually a offering of a wheel bearing or checking the wear indicator for the brake and replacement if needed fixes it.

Prolly brake pads. They have a squill bar on them. When they get worn out it makes contact causing a high pitched squilling noise so u know when to change the pads out
