Already have the enhanced rear spring pack so nothing needs to be done there. Not sure if it's beefier than previous gens. I do know they are massive compared to stock ones. This is my DD and I'm just wanting it to be an all around rig. Sure it will see some trails but nothing like I took my previous jeeps on. Going for more of the expedition / touring rig vs dedicated trail rig. I am excited about my cooper ST MAXX's that arrive Monday. |

Tube/piston/capacity are larger; 46mm(5100) vs 60mm(6112). Shaft and lower stem are beefier. Enhanced rear springs? |

I haven't got a letter yet so I don't know, what's the difference? I'm almost negative arch in the rear. http://i.imgur.com/0RXG2aN.jpg View Quote I don't know of any difference; it's still a 3+1. Some have noted a different part number. I would hope this means they addressed the steel problem. E12 springs were only being done on trucks with broken springs, at first. My TSB springs gave me about 1/2" of lift. It looks like you need something a little more serious. I put a set of OME/Dakars w/ 3rd leaf removed for 2" of lift. Measures 24" center of hub to fender. Check your u-bolts after you get the new springs. The FSM states 37 ft/lbs. 73 would be believable. I took mine to 85. You should check them now for shits and grins. I found mine effortless to remove. |

Nonetheless, I think the Snorkels look good on FJs. Mine is a $175 PRG my wife got me for my birthday. So far it's held up good in Florida sun and heat. eta. just realized your snorkel wasn't on an FJ, you did go right into the A-pillar. Yeah, that's sweating it... measure twice -fuck that- 3 times! |

TSS isn't just through Gulf States, I live in NC and I know that dealers in both FL and NC(SE Toyota) and VA(Mid atlantic) have had it as well. TSS is just a Dealer add-on pack that has different options that the dealer can go with.
