Didn't you move here?

Last time I was on Red Cone (July 15th) the pass was still blocked on the south side. Imagine it will be again in another 2 weeks.

Just picked up a 14' 4Runner SR5. I had it 1 day before I ordered the lift, wheels and tires. It's on a ToyTec Ultimate kit with front coilovers. The wheels are Method Meshs with 285/70/17 Duratracs.

That looks great, man. I like those methods. I have been contemplating some double standards for my 200, so I can fit some 325/60/R18's.

Going to move the tent to the trailer, rewire it for a civilian trailer plug and make it into a base of operations trailer.  So I can drop it somewhere and go mess around in the cruiser and come back to a base camp.  Lights, cooking equipment, things like that.  Also for very long range exploration, one of my goals with this rig is to drive to the north end of Alaska.

2014 Tacoma TRD O/R, installed the OEM roof rack myself, swapped the stock chrome grille to a colormatched TRD Sport grille, ADD W1 Oil Catch Can, TRD Cat-Back (it's really a y-pipe back) exhaust, LED interior and license plate lights, upgraded OSRAM Off Road headlamps, Pop & Lock power tailgate lock, TonnoPro tri-fold tonneau cover. Awaiting Cooper Discoverer ATP tires in the mail this week.

Here's the day I bought it.

Anyone got a line on some FJ80's or some 4Runner 5 Stars?

possibly the worst car toyota ever made.
behold the 1973 Celica ST.
18RC motor ate Timing chain tensioners every few months.
on the bright side I learned wrenching on that piece o crap.
could have the head off and on in under 2 hours.
the reason the hood is up in that picture is because something was always broke.

I come from the South East, where 'mud' is synonymous with trespassing in a construction site, which is the only off-road there is. I much prefer the dry, dusty deserts and alpine passes in summer. I (actually) h8 mud.

Yeah pretty much this.

Where I am in FL is nothing but muddy trails. Perhaps this winter when things dry up I can take my FJ down some trails without risking getting kicked out of the carwash for being too muddy.
