Lubbock Tx has been growing despite a slow down in the oil sector, a slow down in agriculture. Apartments and new subdivisions are being built at a pace I haven't seen in the 28 years of living here. Where can I go to find out such information?

I can't understand Lubbock's growth either. Oil was not that big of a factor there. I think a lot of the growth is related to the university and the medical centers.
