Wondering what your take on this is. Company has been growing like mad and is going to do an IPO. They also have plans to expand their line of spirits and get into canned cocktails.

2014
Revenue: $51.1M
Net income: $4.3M

Fist half of 2015
Revenue: $53.7M
Net income: $9.2M

2014 revenue was about twice 2013, and 2013 was about twice 2012. Not sure how long it will continue growth like that, but that is impressive.

What are their EBITDA numbers? That whole 4-6% jump in Sales but over 100% jump in net income has me interested.

I drink their beer...would buy some stock.

How do I find out when it will be available?

Too much hype right now to make a sane valuation in my opinion, seems inflated to me, would be a while to get return back if ever by my guesses

That said they were one of the most expensive 1/6b kegs I've bought, but it did go quick. A damn good IPA from an area with not too much good beer to show for it /flamesuiton

Yeah their beer is stupid expensive here. When I can get New Belgium 6-packs for $9-10 each, the Ballast Point stuff is $13-15 for the same quantity.
IMO most San Diego beer is overrated. But I haven't tried it all so take that as you will. Lots of hype in the area though.

Well, that ship has sailed. Ballast point just sold to Corona for $1 billion.

Holy shit, that's a lot of fucking beer to sell to recover that investment, wonder what the hell they're planning with that move.

Well, they were hoping to raise $147 million with the IPO for their expansion plans.  Some have speculated that the planned IPO was a move to increase their value before a deal was made.
