Any one have any experience?  Found an existing business with two limos that would appear to be easy to make a profit.

What am I missing.

Most people when looking at a business underestimate the expenses and over estimate the revenue.

I don't know anything specific about it but I bet finding qualified drivers, insurance, etc are some of the major costs.

Is there a demand for limos in your area?

I own a small local truck fleet (haul containers from rail to warehouse facilities and back).

Insurance might be one of your worst expenses (depending on the vehicle).  It might work out best if you hire contract drivers if there is such a thing in the 'limo' world?
