Glad you made it back from Afghan safely! Were you a dog handler also? I was a dog handler back in 2008 for our Iraq deployment, but they ended up taking our dogs away right before we deployed, bastards. Anyways, just wanted to send a shout-out from across the basketball courts. Yut |

Worked for KBR in Iraq from March 2009 to August 2011. Started at Marez in Mosul, moved to Q-West, moved to Liberty, ended up at Victory.
I bought that gravel you all were tripping on everday in Iraq. Outside KBR headquarters on Camp Victory during a dust storm:

An old T-62 tank on display. The red part of the Afghan National Army symbol seems to have been bleached white in the sun.
An Su-7, probably as old as the hills!

Doing a FAMFIRE on the fantail of the USS Abraham Lincoln during my last deployment. That day we went through 11,500 rounds of A557.
