I don't have military time, but did have a Secret clearance five years ago here in the states.  I'm sure I could get one again.

I have recent heavy equipment management experience, as well as a degree, security experience and was a teacher for five years.

Thank you for giving me any leads - I am having trouble finding all the companies.

Vectrus has the contract in Kuwait and possibly other areas. They subcontract to Triple Canopy for Security as well

Corps of Engineers is busy overseas too with various civilian options that aren't Engineer related

Aegis (now owned by Garda) has the KESF gig in Kabul. I have seen guys with zero military work it, ranging from USG to ALSS/M (admin-logistics) positions.

It helps to have that clearance.. It will make or break you in the hiring process because obviously they prefer someone with a clearance already so they don't have to invest in you.

I was offered a job with garda in AFG. 130/day. Yeah I declined, i make almost double that guarding a federal building.

I have a friend who worked for triple canopy, last contract he was on he made 90k in 9 momths. I'm about to apply for their position in KW.

Also, check out Deco... I've heard good things about them
