Not sure, just went through a data base with all current ribbions to include state ribbions and could not find it.
A little context might help, where did you see it and who was wearing it? |

Might be a Natl Guard ribbon - some states have specific ones.
Otherwise, context helps. I know that ROTC adn JROTC have their own ribbons too. |

Its down on the bottom with the commemorative medals it isnt a ribbon to be worn on a dress uniform

Guy above me is right.
GWOT Comm Medal They're not "real" medals issued by the DOD, so AFAIK they can't be worn on working uniforms. |

Thank you, you are correct,
So, where is that written at? I've looked over AR 600-1 and AR 600-8-22 and cannot find anything that even mentions this ribbon.. Does that mean it is not authorized by default then? |
