THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT at your reply to the 3-year guy from IN. Well struck.
Reminds me of the type we call "two-twenty"s in our department - two years actually OTJ (including their academy) but twenty years experience - or so they'd have you believe.
I hope he learns quickly, or I could see that letter being introduced as evidence at a UoF hearing at some point in his career. |

I wish I knew what part of the state he is from. Hopefully he gets reigned in before he gets someone killed. One of my coworkers knows a Corrections officer in this state by that name.
