We ve outplayed, outshot, out possessed, out controlled them the entire game to the point that it wasn't funny. Yet they score twice.
In the Germans' defense, they did start without a full squad, played a weird formation and we haven't had an actual forward or proper striker since the qualification games. It's annoying as hell to lose to a team that you are clearly better than. |

We need a good center forward, not just the false nine that Low keeps playing. Problem is: The cupboard is bare. I was reading Kicker.de or some place like that which also bemoaned the lack of creative forwards. The German coaching mindset is "teamwork, teamwork, teamwork." Individual showoffs are not tolerated - yet those are the future Messis of the world.
