I updated the weekly picks on page 1 so you can see who you already picked. I'll try to have the final standings posted soon after the final race ends.
Something interesting to note, the two teams competing for the championship, one had the first pick and one had the last pick in the draft, so everyone had an equal shot. I have some ideas for next year, including expanding to 10 teams, and incorporating the weekly points into the team points for F1 and Indy, eliminating the weekly championship. Please feel free to share any idea you have. Current F1 points standings: 1: Sgwlower - 501 pts 2: Jnk556 - 471 pts 3: M4A1Carbine - 458 pts 4: Plumber576 - 442 pts 5: DeltaAir423 - 414 pts 6: Mossyrocks - 358 pts 7: Captainpooby - 321 pts 8: Scootr29 - 237 pts |

View Quote Same here, it's been a lot of fun and I'm sure it's a lot of work to keep up with all this. 10 teams sounds good, I'll be happy with any changes really, it's just fun to do. I do think we should revisit everyone throwing in a mag or something for a purse next year. Nothing expensive. Maybe even cheaper than a mag. |

I hope everyone had a good New Year, I just finished up the standings for last season. Sgwlower won the F1 championship, while I won the weekly championship. I am looking for a trophy which will be sent out to Mossyrocks as the overall champion. This will be a rotation trophy which will be sent to the new champion each year. I propose we name the trophy Wilson Cup in honor of Justin Wilson.
With Haas entering F1 next season, we should be able to expand to 10 teams. The weekly picks will count towards the F1 and Indy standings next season, so there will be no weekly picks championship. The draft will be held in a separate thread so page 1 of the fantasy thread can be used to track everyone's weekly picks. I would also like to have a small (~$10) donation from members next year in order to have prizes for the winners. All sounds great to me, can't wait til next season.
Figured I would sport a HAAS F1 Avatar while not so patiently waiting. |

I got the trophy, it is a metal cup about 10" tall. Each year's winner will have a small nameplate on the base. I'll send this out to Mossyrocks as soon as I get the first one on. http://i1056.photobucket.com/albums/t372/02vettez06/EDC47ED7-1DD1-467D-B10D-837D8FE8CDC0_zpsn6rdbrmy.jpg View Quote Can we {you?} name it something ridiculous?
