The rooneys lack the spine to fire tomlin. Looks like his contract goes through the 2016 season. I think all the bar and restaraunt owners downtown and on the north side, hotels, and other business that depend on football need to start making some noise. Tomlin's incompetence is costing these businesses money. And that's what its all about. No home playoff = poor earnings for that quarter, or year for that matter. Having a team that can consistently make it to the playoffs, and get some home playoffs to boot, is a big deal for these places. Bigger than any stupid rooney rule.
Tomlin isn't the guy who can get that done, OBVIOUSLY. (Obviously must be tomlin's favortie word now, or maybe he thinks it helps deflect blame from him if he throws that word in)

Wife is a big Steelers fan(I like them too but a diehard Eagles fan) and boy she was pissed when she found out they lost again. She refuses to watch them Monday Night..ha ha. Of course her side of the family is from Baltimore and gave her shit too..lol

Even when they beat the crap out of Indy and the Ravens they had no disaplin...and several times they were flat out disrespectful and unsportsmanlike. Then when they were losing to the jets there were guys on the sidelinds laughing and having a good time...fuck, u would have never see that shit under bill cowher.
