US looks vulnerable to the long ball in the back, and is being too complicated up front. It's simple: bring it down the wing, cross it into the box.
 [ETA] The US has got to be the most inept team when it comes to crossing the ball into the box. Game after game my son and I are looking at each other and shaking our heads. |

I posted this in the GD thread: Did y'all see the Gadsden flag behind Kasey Keller in the post-game interview?
I also thought it was funny for the crowd to chant "heey heey, goodbye!" as the game neared the end. It would be awesome if Mexico didn't qualify, although I don't see a way for them to NOT at least finish in 4th and take on the Kiwis in the intercontinental playoff. |
