So I got a couple of their gen 3 variable fans for my AIO Cooler.  They are super quiet.  Even at 70% speed they were only about 7-800rpms.

i got mine through newegg.   The gen2 are a bit cheaper than the 3s

I've heard a lot of great things about them for a long time.

They haven't  been available in the US until recent years, and shipping from Europe just wasn't worth the cost.
