My desktop is an old Dell, running Windows Vista
 I just use it for surfing the web, occasional Windows Office stuff, occasional photo stuff.
No games, no movies, nothing that requires all the high speed high tech gadgets. I have a new monitor, new printer, just need the tower. Any online deals? or suggestions? Budget could be $400 or $700 really depends on the benefits vs cost.
