Toughbook cf-31 Win 7 Pro
It's a used pc but just had a new ssd installed and a clean install of windows and it gave me this error from the start. I'm trying to install Volvo Prosis from DVD image files with Power ISO. I've tried to install on an older cf-30 win 7 pro and I was able to get it past this point but wasn't able to complete the install. Ever since I get the same error on it too. I've uninstalled everything, restarted, run CC Cleaner all to no avail. Checked in svcs and made sure windows installer svc is running. I need more ideas about what to do here.

This if from the log file.

Sounds like a .NET framework issue judging by that error code. Try running the .NET repair tool: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2698555

I did some more searching and found that right after posting. Ran Net framework repair, uninstalled program remnants again, cc cleaner, restarted and trying again now. Also went to services and Windows installer was set to manual, started the svc before beginning install. Hopefully something works
