I have a drawing that I need made into a vector image.
I don't mind paying a fair price, but it has to be done well.

Or If there's anyone that you can recommend, I'd appreciate it.

If you haven't done this yet you may try "Vector Magic".

It used to be free but we now pay for the license.  We use it to convert sports logos for embroidery work which require vector graphics.

It's pretty amazing and if it doesn't turn out right you can pay an "artist" to fix it up.  Not sure how much that would be since all of mine have worked out perfectly.
