I have 2 options on my cell phone: Location On and E911 Only. If I select E911 that means that only EMS can find me, right? If I select Location On, how can I use it to find my location? Or can someone with another phone do so? This is not a smart phone btw.

Non smart phones today have some sort of mapping software a lot of times. Location on means GPS would be on all the time to use with the software.

E911 means the GPS will only turn on if you call 911.
