But shame for carbon fiber XD

I have the thick Aluminum one that weighs 6lbs

Reduces micro-vibration especially outdoors

We used them in bomb disposal to mount counterbomb explosives to.


More than one time, I thought about going to K-Mart and buying some cheap tripods.... but I didn't.



Will moisture effect carbon fiber if it has an imperfection in the outer layer?

Unless there is damage to where it can actually get into the layers and freeze, I doubt it.  Unsure how they'd react to long term UV from outdoor use though.
