And I got it for a touch under $1500 brand new.

Shit, I can't even find a used one for that price without 50k+ clicks on it.

Haven't had much of a chance to get out and shoot with it yet, it's too fuckin hot here. But, I have done a calibration on all my lenses except the DX35mm no need for that one.

In testing, I'm quite pleased with the IQ. Again, haven't done much with it but fuck around inside the house though.

24-120 f/4 @ f/4, ISO 560, 1/200, 120mm

105mm f/2.8D @ f/3, ISO 400, 1/200

I'm quite excited to see what it can do on animals and people. I bought it to try and get even more details in my shots for the GF to draw em.

I have one and love it. I shoot a lot with prime lenses and it is amazing in low light.

Love mine. Have been super impressed with the Tamron 24-70 and 70-200 2.8s. And that's coming from the D700 and 14-24, 24-70, 70-200 2.8s

I've currently got a nifty fifty, a 105 macro, and the 400 f/2.8

I'd be open to entertaining other selections of interesting primes specific to the D750.

I also have the 24-120 f/4.

I find that mine is great with older "F" and "D" primes and newer second tier zooms.

My favorite lens is a AF NIKKOR 180mm f/2.8D IF-ED. I also like using back button focusing with the 750.

I'm still happy I have it, but one of the things I've always heard about full frame cameras is that they show lower noise for a given iso than a crop sensor.

D500 disagrees with this at least where the D750 is concerned. If it's less its not much less.
