that's missing the mount. Does anyone know what mount works with a MX 350 tripod?

Google says your plate should be a QRP-5.  Can't say if that is true or not though.

But this is also why I'm hoping to eventually upgrade to a Manfrotto tripod.  Any camera shop carries their stuff.
