Is APS in Morton Grove IL still GTG for camera repair?

My D3100 needs a repair and is way overdue for a service and refresh.

Yes, APS is well respected Nikon repair facility.  I have used them in the past, and will use them again in the future.

I have not used them, but they have a good reputation over at Nikonians.org .
