You would likely be better off with a crop sensor dslr.

Like the D7200 or 80D.

A6300, use an adapter for your Canon glass.

The 5D2 is 2008 technology. I would recommend something noticeably newer.

What kind of things do you like to photograph?
What are the usual lighting conditions you shoot under?

Was looking for a do all body.  looking at the used 5d mk3 and the 7d mk2 now.  Was trying to keep my budget for the body around 1000.00 used. Doesn't look like that's going to happen.



My last camera was a nikon d200, so Ive been without a larger camera for awhile.



I'm going with canon this time.

What do you mean by "do all"? The new Sony A6300 looks very interesting for stills and video.

AF on the 5D MK2 is not good at all. only the center point is "accurate enough". That's why I moved from 40D to 5D MK3 and I'm very happy with it.
