I'm currently building an arcade machine for my house and need custom artwork drawn up but have no idea how to find an photoshopper that does this type of work.
Is this just a graphic designer or is there a better term I should be searching?

You're going to want a graphic designer, and you'll need to look at a large format printer too, typically one that does vinyl wraps, etc.
