The first one as a damaged lens, which leaves me wondering about the camera.
The second one seems reasonable. B&H will get you some type of limited warranty. |

#1 is a bad deal as I doubt the seller is being honest.
#2 has a better zoom lens but asking is dealer used retail prices. Always ask for the shutter count. |

OP get a Sams Club or Costco membership and get a brand new Canon or Nikon kit there. No worries about gray market or dropped cameras that way. You have options in the $600 range.
