Interesting that the music licensing is killing the game. The musical cues are pretty sparse, but they are very on point and really contribute to the "feel" of the game.
I got it a long time back on a Steam sale and thought it was a pretty good game. An interesting mix of Stephen King-ish horror, episodic Twin Peaks-y tropes and Max Payne-ish gameplay and presentation. I was kind of bummed that a sequel was not made to continue the story. IMO it really needs a controller to play it really well... I was having a hell of a time dodging and moving with KB+M, but once I switched over to a controller the game just felt a lot more fluid to me.
I found the DLC / Expansion / Side Story "American Nightmare" to be kind of meh though. It doesn't continue the story of the main game and it is more or less a standalone, disconnected thing that seems more like a management suit said "hey we have a game engine and a character, let's just shit out an easy, simple, short side-quel to cash in".
