So...... Nothing new?
I like how the trailer(which has no gameplay BTW) is trying to make it like the story has some depth to it but in the end it will just be about shooting someone in the face repeated hundreds times over. Deus ex devs must be laughing at cod attempt to hijack their storyline |

Yeah, a lot of leaks like this have been fake in the past. There was a good amount of fairly high quality fakes put out before AW.
If the info turns out to be true I am fairly surprised that they would continue with the exo-suit type movement. From what I have seen most of the pro players don't like it. Just about everybody I have played AW with doesn't like it either. I don't really mind the futuristic theme, but I really don't like all of the jet-pack type movement myself. |

They need to go back to WWII the gadgetry is beyond stupid now. Fuck all of the hyper fast movement the modern games it just enables the pro gamer's BS and amplifies the importance of connection in the game. The maps need to not be made for gerbils and let you climb on objects. I don't mind if they have one or even two future set games but all 3 is fucking dumb, On the PC they have lost all credibility as a franchise just check out the steam charts ,for what are basically new games, nobody plays ghosts or advanced warfare. World at War has a bigger following than Ghosts and it came out in 6 years ago.

9 specialist characters that have their own special abilities and weapons for multiplayer (the character the reviewer is using has a special one shot kill hand cannon revolver.)  Same old tiny call of duty maps but with added lanes for wall running. yep thats right, dumped the exo suits for titanfall's wall running and jet pack maneuvering. YAWN. Underwater combat. letting players use their jet packs to blast out of the water, kill someone in midair and return under water. meh. In addition to Seraph, I played as Ruin, a viking-looking rusher with either a ground-pound area-of-effect attack (UGH), or a special speed ability. A robot named Reaper was another popular choice, probably because his arm could transform into a minigun , which is easy to understand and pretty badass. A character named Outrider wields a bow with exploding arrows, but I was more interested in her vision pulse ability that revealed enemies through walls(PUKE). The abilities are cool and powerful and can be snatched away from you with a stray bullet. They're just another type of Scorestreak (which are still here), only they charge up on a timer that goes faster with every kill. Single Player campaign can now be played with 4 player co-op. Same linear call of duty maps but with 4 players, great. |

That franchise is dead to me. They played the shit out of WWII, hinted at Vietnam, two decent Modern Warfare with 1&2 and now they are playing the shit out of future games with jet packs, Exo suits and wall running bullshit.

CoD 4: MW was the last good CoD game.
They need to go back to WW2 or the present day to make them good again. Future BS is crap. |

I wish they wouldn't keep going into the future.
I would pay top dollar for an HD remake of CoD 4 MW or at least a way to play it on my PS4 with multiplayer. |

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one disappointed with advanced warfare 2, I mean black ops 3. AW was this first COD game in a long time I didn't play. Sold it to gamestop within a month of getting. Was hoping the next one would be more like the older games. Guess I'll have to find something else to play, I'm getting bored playing ghosts.

Yeah, after finding out more details about this game, I've decided I'm sitting BO3 out. They really jumped the shark on this one. I actually like Halo. If anyone wants to play some coop on Master Chief Collection, my XBL screen name is Crew 511A. I get on usually at night and would love to play with someone who knows how to play this franchise well. At this point I'd settle for some kind of alternate history COD. I don't even recognize BO3. |
