I picked up Zombie Dice, Chupacabra Dice, and Pirate vs Pirate to play with my kids.  Is way fun, even for me.
I dusted off the old Dungeon board game and car wars card game.  My kids like that too.
I need to pick up classic Risk so they can learn the continents, but Risk 2210 is so much cooler.

My wife and I don't have kids yet, but we enjoy board games. Puerto Rico and Catan are our go-to games. Might be fun for kids, depending on age.

Try King of Tokyo.  My kids and I love that one.
