Its been happening like that for years. Havent you seen the hundreds of videos of people tossing grenades from their spawn and killing the last 2 people leaving the first spawn of the game. Cods a twitch shooter that takes no real skill to play you just out manuever and react faster then others and you win no more no less.

Does this seem like fun to you? I heard this guy say once that he doesn't use an M27 because he wants there to be some "skill" involved. A good example of why I hate Ghosts.

I wouldn't go that far. COD is an easy game, but if you're good at it and possess some skills, it's even easier.
Sure - it's really not that hard to do well in a COD game.
Zero recoil laser beam assault rifles that can make someone dead from
clear across the map in like five or six shots tops, radar/UAV, kill
streaks, it's not that hard to play for a bit, figuring things out and
do somewhat decent.
Now there are a handful of things that the
really good players do that separate them from the bad players and the
average ones. Map knowledge, being able to read the mini map well,
understanding sound and how it relates to where the enemy is,
understanding spawns (both that of your team and the other team), basic
aiming ability, etc. I think I'm better than average player, but I die a
lot because at times my aim goes into the toilet and I dump 50 rounds
everywhere except where I'm aiming.
I'm not kidding myself either, while I am above average I think, I know most of the really good games I've had were playing against a team of potatoes with no thumbs and no clue, and/or playing with a team of other Arfcommers who are mic'ed up and communicating.
Connectivity plays a huge
role in just how well you do in this game. Simple fact of the matter,
if your shots are registering on target before the other guy's shots do,
you're going to have an easier time of doing well. I play a 4G hotspot
with a ~150 m/s ping - what I see on my screen at times is nothing like
what I see in my kill cam as I'm getting shot to death.
It's a
rather stupid blanket statement to say "COD takes no skill, it's a
twitch shooter, whoever reacts first wins," sure reaction matters, but there are some things, both player skill related and not, at work that separate the average and below from
the killers.
