I got my old character back but died while searching the big shipwreck on the NE coast. Got stuck in wall next to the bridge on the ship, while trying to get out I managed to fall through the ship somehow and died.

Anyone interested in contributing to a Stand Alone Server, toss me a PM.

Four of us so far will be footing the cost, of a $70 30-manserver, and the more people that get in on it, the cheaper it'll be. Larger servers are a possibility as well.

Which one is that I've seen dayz standalone arfcommers spread around in three different ts's similar to or dayz mod guys.

Jaster and his fellas run in a few different Teamspeak Servers, usually native to whatever game server they're rolling on at the moment. Fleshtown I believe has its own TS, so they go there sometimes.
When The server goes down (the address Metal sent you) goes down, they have a back up somewhere, I don't have that address.

Instead of playing the unfinished, buggy DayZ SA I decided to checkout the Arma 3 zombie survival mod. It's pretty badass. If you have Arma 3 come join us on the CA2 server. I have a truck and atv and a tent full of guns. :)

This is the first I've heard of this mod for Arma 3. Very cool.

I just spent a few hours playing Breaking Point and, I have to say, it's pretty damn polished for a mod that released in November. Now all it needs is more players.

Btw, I died twice to zombies cornering me and almost died to dehydration and then starvation.

that's good we stopped playing b/c the zombies glitching through stuff.

plus there were a couple sudden wipes and a couple of us are too lazy from the carebear mods they forgot dayz was about endlessly running back to your body.

edit i also cant wait for SA to get more content it was fun, but very limited.

Drink all the water and food you can. 1 bag of a rice or about 7 cans of food and 20 hits of a water source will bring you the "healthy" buff and have you regenerating blood. Need to eat until it says you're full.

Never played SWG but I played World of Warcrack for 4 years. Healing --> Healthy is the status in DayZ that you get in the place of hunger or thirst when you're well fed.

Yea..... it was pretty brutal to say the least, none of us brought handcuff keys and these two could'nt wiggle out of their handcuffs. Plus one of our memeber already force fed them disinfectant sprays so they were going to die anyway

Oh, we also executed a guy in front of them 3 minutes prior to their demise for disobedience to our command

I don't know why people submit themselves to in game degradation for other people's amusement. It takes like half hour tops to find weapons and gear enough to get the fuck away from the coast and all the "Governor" wannabes.
Just run, and get killed or get away. I don't stop to get handcuffs put on my pixel guy

What server are y'all grouping up on I was playing rust for awhile but there are to many hackers so it's time for me to go back to my dayz roots.

I've met with 5 people so far one time I got in a knife fight with some black chick killed her but then bled to death.

I've been sniped from across a field.

The other 3 cornered me when I was a fresh spawn and when I didn't give up they bludgeoned me to death with cro bars.

Does anyone else take the pants off of dead Bambis? I don't even use them, I just throw them on the ground next to the body. I feel like it's far more horrifying running across random corpses if they aren't wearing their pants.

If you see a lot of dead guys without any pants on, you might be playing on the same server I am.
