I posted up about the Designer's edition, and got almost no reply, sadly. Most all people here are into War based video games for the most part.
GREAT board War game! One of the best Tank/Infantry games ever made, hands down. I have the 80s Pocket Box Ogre, GEV and the Shockwave expansion. I am in for a copy of the new edition and a few extras..I am sooo looking foward to Oct when the game ships!  I already have other boardgamers in my area interested in playing. |

The Kickstarter for the new Designer's edition(almost $650,000 in support as I post this) has done so well, they are going to work on a new video version. I could see a PC/iOS/Android version of it around in a year or two. |

If they release a PC version, I'll be all over that. But I don't have the room or the local players to justify buying the boardgame set....as supremely cool as it is.
