This workout has been posted to the wall for a few months. We get about 1 hour to workout.
Could you do it in 1 hour?

Part of Africa that speaks Portuguese. It's the gym at work.

Six minutes for each thing.

Situps and burpees would need more, but I could shave off a minute of the other 8 and divide them into those two and most likely make it. Not sure why I would want too though.

Yeah, I'm not sure either. We always got kind of a kick out of it. Never seen the owner doing it.

That's a lot of pull ups and dips to hammer out, still needing to finish the other crap.
