so...
Ive been following alot of advice given.
pin presses, lots of heavy 3x10 sets and 1RM range with the slingshot.
I have been working on losing some weight and am down 5lbs.
I felt real good today and put 205 and pressed it. This is a new record for me by 5lbs.
What I noticed was insane off the chest momentum now. Off the chest was not the issue, mid way up I lost alot of momentum but I got it.
